Follow these simple steps to measure your bust, waist and hips accurately. You will need a flexible measuring tape and a full-length mirror might be helpful, but is not essential.
BUST
Stand upright with your arms relaxed at your sides and wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it is parallel to the ground. Make sure the tape is snug but no too tight against your skin.
WAIST
Locate the narrowest part of you waist, typically above your belly button and bellow your rib cage. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, keeping it level and comfortably snug.
HIP
Find the fullest part of your hips, usually around the widest area of yout buttocks. Wrap the measuring tape around your hips, ensuring it covers the fullest part. Keep the tape parallel to the ground and snug against your skin.
